via the court of the Non Custodial/Paying Parent's new Country of Residence
If the Non Custodial/Paying Parent has not accepted paternity it is very
difficult to obtain a Child Support Order. DLSWorldwide can assist both sets of
parents to determine paternity.
In order to obtain any Child Support Award, paternity needs to be established.
The most common way to do this is using a genetic test (DNA).
DLSWorldwide is able to arrange DNA testing world wide. Should the other party
refuse a test, DLSWorldwide is able to seek a Motion of Paternity on your
behalf.
If, in the past, you have signed a Voluntary Acknowledgment Agreement and you
now have doubts about paternity, DLSWorldwide can arrange to have a new test
carried out or a Motion of Non Paternity issued.
